The concept of the “Flat Villa” or single-story residence is rooted in the desire for a seamless connection between human habitation and the natural landscape. By eliminating vertical barriers, architecture spreads horizontally, allowing every interior space to breathe and interact directly with the outdoors.

This collection showcases three distinct flat villa projects, designed at Arc Studio, each tailored to its unique geographic context within Iran. From the arid beauty of Kashan to the lush topography of Kordan and the urban luxury of Tehran, these designs prioritize spatial fluidity, natural light, and minimalist elegance.
