Revitalizing Industrial Contexts: Advanced Facade Engineering & Office Design

During my tenure at Habiba Madjdabadi Architecture Studio, I spearheaded the technical development of two landmark administrative projects situated within a dense industrial fabric, including the Ghaffari Chemical Industries Corp and NAMG Co. My primary contribution encompassed the end-to-end execution of Phase 1 (Schematic Design) and Phase 2 (Construction Documentation), bridging the gap between conceptual artistic vision and constructibility. A focal point of my role was the intricate facade detail development, where I engineered complex screening systems—ranging from vertical louvered skins to innovative circular brick-tile modules. By rigorously resolving the technical details for these custom envelopes, we successfully created architecture that offers climatic control and visual distinctiveness, redefining the aesthetic standard for office buildings in industrial zones while ensuring structural integrity and precise execution.
